Q. What is Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is a way to order your goodies without needing to pay the whole amount upfront. We ship your order out as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly instalments over 6 or 8 weeks.
 
Q. Are there any fees for using Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is free when you pay on time.
Unlike most credit cards, there are no hidden or annual fees, and we don’t charge interest.
If you miss a payment we do charge late fees. These fees never exceed 25% of the purchase price or $68; whichever is less.
We do everything we can for you to avoid late fees, including sending reminders leading up to the payment due date and an alert after a payment has failed.
Monthly fees apply to Afterpay Plus subscribers. You can upgrade to Afterpay Plus for $9.99 a month to use Afterpay almost anywhere. Eligibility criteria, fees and T&Cs apply. Please see afterpay.com for full terms.
 
Q. Is there a minimum order value?
A. Minimum order value $150 AUD
 
Q. Is there a maximum order value?
A. Maximum order value $1000 AUD
 
Q. How many orders can I have on the go at any one time?
A. This will depend on Afterpay, as they use a real time approval process.
 
Q. Who can use Afterpay?
A. At this stage Afterpay is only available to Australian customers over 18 years of age who have an Australian debit or credit card.
 
Q. I ordered something using Afterpay but I need to return it, what do I do?
A. No problems! Just fill in a return form on our website and send it back to us just like you usually do. We are unable to offer store credit so you will receive a refund. Afterpay will look after this for us and the refund will go back to the card you have registered with them.
