Add embroidery or printing, select the position and upload your artwork. You can also order eligible garments unbranded. AS Colour and Gildan garments require branding.
New logo orders receive an artwork proof for approval before production. Repeat orders use your previously approved artwork unless changes are requested. Names and text-only embroidery do not receive a proof.
We order garments from suppliers as needed. Dispatch depends on stock, branding and the individual product. Check the estimated dispatch time on each product page and allow extra time for delivery.
Uniforms & Clothing FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
There are no minimums on eligible clothing for embroidery and digital printing, so you can order a single garment. Screen printing has a minimum of 10 garments per print colourway. Some products or custom-made ranges may have their own minimums, as shown on the product page.
How long will my order take?
We don't hold clothing stock on-site; garments are ordered from our suppliers as required for each order. Dispatch depends on supplier stock availability, warehouse location and whether branding is needed. Eligible unbranded clothing generally dispatches in 1–5 working days when available from local supplier warehouses, or 5–10 working days from interstate warehouses. Branded orders generally dispatch within 10–15 working days following any required artwork approval, subject to stock availability. Please check the estimated dispatch time on each individual product page, as product-specific timeframes take precedence. Will I receive an artwork proof?
New logo orders receive an artwork proof to review and approve before production. Repeat orders using previously approved artwork do not require another proof unless changes are requested. Embroidered names and text-only orders do not receive an artwork proof, so please carefully check spelling, capital letters and all details when ordering.
Can I order garments without branding?
Yes, many garments can be ordered unbranded. However, some brands have specific requirements. AS Colour and Gildan garments cannot be supplied unbranded. Please check the options and conditions on the relevant product page.
Are there setup fees for branding?
Embroidery has a once-off digitising fee for each new logo, while screen printing has setup costs for screens and films. Digital printing (DTG and digital transfers) has no setup fee. Repeat embroidery at the same approved logo size generally does not need a new digitising setup. Digitising is free for small logos up to 100mm wide when ordering 100 or more of the same embroidery, where eligible.
What artwork do I need to supply?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or suitable PDF) is preferred for many branding methods. If you only have a JPG or PNG, artwork redrawing may be required; our standard vector redraw fee is $80 + GST. For DTG printing on suitable cotton garments, a high-quality transparent PNG at 300 dpi may be sufficient.
Can I see a garment before ordering?
Yes. Our Sample Service can help you check fit, colour and quality before placing a larger order.
Can our staff order their own uniforms?
Yes. We can set up a Client Store featuring your company's approved garments and logos, making repeat ordering easier for your team.
Do you price match?
We offer a Price Beat Promise on eligible identical garments. Send us a written quote or advertised price to review. Sale, clearance and promotional offers are excluded; see the policy for full conditions.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide, with free shipping on eligible orders over $1,000 ex GST. Remote and rural delivery can take longer. View shipping details.
