Our on-site embroidery and printing means no middle-man—order processing, artwork, and production all happen under one roof. That gives us control to prioritise urgent orders and work with you to get your uniforms dispatched by your required date.

How Rush Orders Work

Tell us your deadline. Contact us with your required date and we'll:

Check stock availability across all relevant brands
Suggest faster alternate brands if timeframes vary
Discuss options to speed things up - like Express Shipping from Evoke, or faster stock sourcing from suppliers

Contact us to confirm your rush order before ordering so we can confirm stock availability and that we can fit your job into the production schedule in time.

Production Timeframes & Rush Surcharges

Our standard embroidery/printing turnaround is 10-15 business days from final artwork approval.

Need it faster? A rush surcharge may apply:

6-9 business days	15%
4-5 business days	20%
2-3 business days	30%

Good to Know

Every effort will be made to meet your due date, but unforeseen circumstances (freight delays, stock shortages, etc.) are sometimes out of our control. If we can't make your deadline, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Rush orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, given the priority resources involved in fast-tracking your job.
