Rush Orders

Order processing > Artwork > Embroidery & Printing - ALL completed on-site.
An added benefit of completing our own embroidery and printing gives us control to prioritise any urgent orders.
We will work with you to ensure your orders are dispatched by your required date.
Stock timeframes:
If you would like to advise a required date, we can check stock availability, and we may suggest alternate brands that could be quicker than others (as timeframes can vary across brands), and discuss if there are any additional ways to speed up the processing of your order, eg. Express Shipping from Evoke and/or to get stock from suppliers faster.
Production timeframes:
Standard turnaround for embroidery and printing is approx 10 working days from receipt of stock and artwork approvals.
Contact us if required sooner, a rush surcharge may apply:
- If dispatch is required within 2 to 3 working days from receipt of stock and approvals, a 30% surcharge applies.
- If dispatch is required within 4 to 5 working days from receipt of stock and approvals, a 20% surcharge applies.
- If dispatch is required within 6 to 9 working days from receipt of stock and approvals, a 15% surcharge applies.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, and every effort will be made by us to meet your due date, but unforeseen circumstances can happen, which are out of our control. Any delays, like freight, stock shortages etc, we cannot be held to blame.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they do not make it in time. No refunds or discounts will be available.
