The shipping cost will appear at checkout after your delivery details are entered.
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $700, or alternatively there will be the option to select Australia Wide (Excludes Remote) or Australia Wide (Remote Locations).
While we do our best to provide you with the lowest prices possible, we appreciate your understanding if the shipping costs exceed the estimated delivery and handling fees, you will be notified of any additional costs before we proceed with the order.
On the other hand, feel free to contact us for a quote if you think the system has over-estimated, we are happy to work out the best price for you.
Shipping within Australia
We use both Smart Send and Sendle's network of couriers.
Some of our products are shipped directly from our Partner Warehouses' to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Selecting the correct shipping option at the checkout...
You will be provided with two options for shipping:
AUSTRALIA WIDE (Excludes Remote) - all locations across Australia that aren't classed as remote.
AUSTRALIA WIDE (Remote Locations) - all remote locations across Australia.

We can ship internationally. Email email@example.com for a quote.
Blank stock orders are generally dispatched the next business day, occasionally it will take longer if stock is to be collated from multiple warehouses.
Embroidered/Printed orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 weeks, as long as items are available. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, you will be notified within 2 - 3 business days.
Custom items that require manufacturing (eg. bulk offshore production) can take 4 weeks - 3 months depending on the item, any longer than normal timeframes will be advised at the time of order.
Bisley Workwear Note: Bisley have a minumum order quantity of 4 items, if less than 4 items are ordered, your order will be held until we can combine with another Bisley order and dispatched from Perth.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location. Generally within 1-7 business days Australia Wide.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery the next business day from despatch.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are outside the Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery within 2-4 business days from despatch.
You will receive an email to track your order once it is shipped. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online.
Signing For Delivery Of Your Order
When your order is delivered it will require your signature.
We suggest delivery to a work address, if you will not be home.
If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left.
We can not ship to PO boxes. We can not offer an "Authority to Leave" option and drivers can not call on approach.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched from the warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 0409 259 550 or email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and new shipping address.
We do not ship orders on Public Holidays.
A local pickup option is available from Tapping, WA 6065 for WA orders. You will receive an email advising when your order is ready for collection.
**PLEASE NOTE: We have removed the Local Pickup option from checkout. We are trialling a new system, we were having issues with the freight costs (to us from suppliers) not being covered (especially on orders with items from various brands).
Local Pickup can still be arranged.
We do not carry stock here, all stock is ordered in as required, so as long as you are aware that it will take a little longer to come here first before you can collect (instead of going direct to your address), then you can contact us to see if your order is eligible for pickup.
All orders are covered by transport assurance against loss or damage to goods in transit.
A receiver signature on either a Proof of Delivery copy of the consignment-label, a sub-docket or an 'electronic signature' signifies the goods were delivered in full and not damaged in any way. If the goods are damaged the receiver must make a note stating this on the Proof of Delivery. If they have any doubts they MUST sign 'Pending Inspection' and cross out 'Accepting the goods in good order'. Claims must be made within 14 days of the incident occurring.
We do not offer an "Authority to Leave" option as this would void the transport assurance.
