Q. Do you sell direct to the public?
A. Yes, we sell to the general public and we also provide Uniforms and Promotional Items to many Businesses, Schools and Sporting Clubs.

Q. Do you have a store I can visit?
A. Yes, we are mainly an online retailer with majority of our orders coming through the website, but we do also have a physical premises at unit 4, 5 Supreme Loop, Gnangara WA 6077. Due to the large amount of brands and styles we offer, we are unable to hold everything in stock, we order most items in as required for orders, and have a small selection of styles available for viewing on the premises. We can order samples in if you would like to see something specific.

Q. Is it true that uniforms are tax deductible for businesses?
A. Yes, provided the uniform is branded (embroidered or printed with your business name or logo) then the purchase of uniforms, corporate workwear or protective wear is usually tax deductible for businesses.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. We are proud of our no minimums policy across our uniforms and embroidery, no job too small or too big.
There are minimums when it comes to branded Headwear and Promotional Items, and our screen printing does have a MOQ of 10 pieces per print.

Q. When would I receive my order? How much is shipping?
A. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information on Dispatch and Shipping.

Q. Can I pickup my order if I live locally?
A. Yes, there is a local pickup option available from Gnangara, WA 6077. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is ready for collection.

Q. Can I place my order via phone or email?
A. Yes you can! It is preferable for you to order and pay online when able to, as this expedites the ordering process, however you can order via email or phone if you require. We will email through an order confirmation once your order is keyed into the system.

Q. How do I request a quote?
A. You can view prices online, or contact us if you require a formal quote - provide as much information as possible, ie. your company details (including delivery address) and logo if branding required along with the product information - brand, code, name, colour, sizes and quantity required.

Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. Please refer to our How To Measure page for help with choosing sizes.

Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A. Yes we do. You'll find bulk quantity pricing options listed in each item.

Q. How do I add branding? (embroidery, printing, etc)
A. Follow the steps from 1 through to 5 on each product page.
Step 2 allows you to select your branding method and position and step 3 allows you to upload your logo/s. Click here for more info. 

Q. Can I add a pocket to my polo?
A. Yes you can. Minimum quantity for pockets alterations is 10 polo's of the same style and colour. Add 10 x pockets to your order from the alterations menu.

Q. Can I add sports numbers?
A. Yes you can. Minimum quantity is 10 items. Add 10 x numbers to your order from the alterations menu.

Q. Can I have shirts cut from long sleeve to short sleeve?
A. Yes you can. Minimum quantity is 10 items. Add 10 x short sleeve to your order from the alterations menu.

Q. Can I supply garments for branding? (embroidery, screen-printing and sports numbers)
A. Yes, there is just a 15% BYOG (bring your own garment) charge.
Customer arranges delivery of the garments to us.
Only brand new garments will be accepted for branding. We will take no responsibility for the end result as we cannot guarantee branding onto fabrics or garments that we are not experienced with nor familiar with. We will not replace any garment not supplied by us under any circumstance.

Q. What if I can't find what I'm looking for in the online shop?
A. The items in our online shop are a selection of our most popular styles, there are many more available. You can browse our huge range of online catalogues. Or contact us with your requirements and we can provide you with a shortlist of the most suitable items.
Custom manufacturing is also an option whether it be from an existing item you already have, you can select one from our custom made section in our shop or you can make up your very own style.
