All embroidery is performed on-site—no middle-man, meaning you deal with the one company that handles your items from beginning to end. This means the best prices, quality up to our high standards, and fast turnaround times, with the option to prioritise urgent orders when required.
We embroider on our new state-of-the-art Barudan industrial embroidery machines, with perfectly tensioned stitches using Marathon threads. Colours can be matched to your Pantone colours, or selected in-store from our thread chart.
As part of the standard order process, you'll receive digitised artwork for approval before production begins. Want to see it on the garment first? A physical embroidery sample can be produced for $10.
No minimum order policy—need just a small quantity embroidered? We can do it.

- Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days from final artwork approval, matching our standard Processing Times

Pricing Notes
- All prices exclude GST
- Prices shown are for 1 embroidery, 1 position
- Prices include up to 6 colours per logo—30c fee per additional colour
- Prices include up to 25,000 stitches—$1.50 fee per 1,000 additional stitches
- Hats, Caps & Promo Backpacks incur an additional 20% surcharge; Large Bags are priced x1.5 to x3
- Jackets (with inside embroidery pocket/zip) are priced x1.5
- If different thread colours are required across garments, pricing is based on the quantity of each differently coloured design
- Digitising price includes running a physical embroidery sample to ensure a perfect logo every time
Artwork
Your logo is best supplied as a .jpg, .gif, .eps, or .pdf. Complex logos may require Vector Artwork.
We can match our thread colours to your company PMS colours, a digital logo, or a business card. You'll receive a digital image of your artwork for approval before embroidery begins.
Supplying PMS colours helps us match your logo more accurately; otherwise, we'll match as best we can to your artwork or instructions. As there are fewer thread colours than PMS colours, an exact match isn't always possible—trust in our years of experience to select the best match for your design.
Embroidering Your Own Items (BYOG)
There is a 15% BYOG (Bring Your Own Garment) fee for embroidering items you supply.
- Unpacking individual items: 50c per item if not unpacked prior
- Repackaging into poly bags: $1.00
- You arrange delivery of the garments to us
- Only brand new garments are accepted for branding
- We take no responsibility for the end result, as we can't guarantee branding onto fabrics or garments we're not experienced or familiar with. We will not replace any garment not supplied by us, under any circumstance
