Just started a new buisness and the first step was to get some shirts, hats and merch. I went in blind and made a mess of my order. Kylie emailed me and immediately informed me that I had over paid and that my requests weren't correct and basically didn't make sense lol. She held my hand through the whole process and made sure I was getting a quality product and issued a refund. It has been a long time since i have experienced service like this. I feel like any other company these days would've happily taken my money and delivered me a sub par product because "that's what you ordered"
