Artwork Requirements
- Vector artwork required: EPS, AI, or PDF, with all text converted to outlines/curves. See what vector artwork means here
- For best colour and picture accuracy, please supply a colour-correct hardcopy of the design
- Let us know of any PMS colours we should match to
- You'll receive an artwork approval form before we start production
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days from final artwork approval—matching our standard Processing Times.

Other Options Available
Supacolour transfers are suitable for most fabrics (cotton, polyester, etc.) for wearable items. Softshell jackets/vests require a different transfer type, and printing isn't recommended on waterproof fabrics.

SupaDTF: A Cheaper Alternative
Halftones and fadeouts. No minimum quantity. Oversized designs. No setups. Maximum flexibility.
SupaDTF is the best heat transfer for short runs of tees, hoodies, and more—you can even order just one. It's a 100% digitally printed Direct to Film (DTF) transfer, giving a supa soft feel with no chance of glue lines around your design's edge.
DTF is a cost-effective option for promo merch, events, or short-term use. For prints you want to last—like uniforms or merch you're selling—we recommend original Supacolour instead.
SupaDTF is ideal for:
- Short runs—for less than 20 transfers, it's your most economical option
- Personalised designs—add names and numbers to uniforms
- Trialling new options—make a sample before ordering a bigger run
- Print on demand—offer more designs without ordering bulk
What makes it different:
- New digital white ink technology for brighter whites and more vibrant colours than other DTF transfers
- Unique low-temperature adhesive, reducing heat marks—decorate almost anything, including polyester and blends
- Available in sheets or a roll (see SupaGang below)
- No chance of glue lines
- Made with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 water-based ink—better for the planet
- No Pantone colours or metallics available (use Supacolour instead)
- Not suitable for sublimated or patterned polyester (use Supacolour Blockers instead)
